Happy 4th

Happy Independence Day everyone. It already sounds like a war zone in
my neighborhood as everyone is firing off fireworks. The founding
fathers would be so proud at the current revolutionaries breaking the
law. Why fire off fireworks for the 4th anyway? I don't get it. We
should be celebrating freedom from tyranny not trying to catch the
city on fire.

Having fun in new Orleans. Has been a pretty hot day though. I did go
on a swamp tour. The pics are on my facebook page. Now it us naptime.

Farewell Frank

People may have called him Mr. Mayor but to many of us he was just
Frank. Mayor Frank Melton died earlier this morning after collapsing
election night.

Frank, you will be missed.

Getting Ready For Vacation

I am getting ready for a vacation of sorts. My company is requring all employees to take 4 days without pay before the end of the month. Mine are next week. So have a week off but don't know what I will do with it.
